If a member/seller at tophole, uses your work without your permission, notify tophole, as such, you can sue stated person and not tophole. Again, tophole’s lawsuit waiver policy, agreed upon as terms to use tophole’s marketing and selling ecommerce portal, does not allow you to sue tophole for any reason. Neither does tophole’s lawsuit waiver policy, allow tophole to participate in any arbitration that may arise from stated happening. If and when one of tophole’s member sues another member or a public person for stealing their idea or not seeking their permission before using their creative idea, tophole will assist such member by providing proof of the creative work idea stolen and or providing proof of the creative work used without the owner’s permission requested.

In a country where copyright capabilities does not exist, your work uploaded for sale at tophole, protects you. For independent projects and those outside of the USA, you do have the option to upload your creative work to have it be protected at tophole as its being sold and or as it is sold to a registered business client.

As tophole is an e-commerce platform that allows members/sellers to market and sell their product/merchandise at tophole, as you do business at tophole, outside of tophole or as you shop at tophole, or as you shop on behalf of someone else and or as you utilize tophole’s services, tophole requires members/sellers/customers and whomever you shop for or gift, to waive their right to sue. With the fact of tophole’s lawsuit waiver policy in effect, as its highly recommended that a seller/member have business insurance and as tophole does not inquire of stated business insurance or keep track of stated business insurance, if an occurrence takes place that requires you to sue, tophole does not and will not participate in any litigation that arises from such lawsuit filed, as such, tophole should not be noted as a defendant. Neither will tophole participate in any arbitration that may arise from such occurrence. Also, tophole, will not participate in stated discovery happening with stated lawsuit, nor will tophole and any of its representative, appear as a witness at stated lawsuit filing. As such, being a member/seller/customer or customer’s friend/family member gifted at tophole, all are harmless to tophole.org, tophole, LLC and its affiliates and representatives.

As such again, the fact of tophole’s lawsuit waiver policy in effect, tophole is not aware if a member/seller has business insurance. Neither does tophole make an inquiry as to if our sellers/members, have business insurance.

As a member at tophole, as per agreement agreed upon during the registration processing, you, the customer and or prospective customer, are committed to the term of service paid for (annual and or monthly). When the terms as paid for is met (annual and or monthly), you can decide not to continue on with tophole scouting marketing and selling service.

The name, “Tophole” is trademarked protected soon, therefore, TM, is noted at tophole.org. Tophole’s logo is copyright protected and trademark protected soon, therefore, TM, is noted at tophole.org. Tophole’s members/sellers, while advertising, marketing and promoting their business and or self, can utilize tophole’s business names (tophole.org) and or (tophole).

If any wants to utilize the name, “tophole,” to make profit with, a request must be made to the owner. If any wants to utilize tophole’s logo, a request must be made to the owner. If any wants to utilize tophole’s slogan for profit or not for profit needs, a request must be made to the owner.

As Dadi Dillion Majors, is a model at Tophole and as his picture (s) are copyright protected, if any uses his picture or any of his pictures without the owner’s permission, you can be sued. As such, to use stated picture or any picture of Dadi Dillion Majors, permission is required from the owner of tophole.

Also, as Dadi Dillion Majors, is a model at Tophole, his name will be trademarked protected soon. As such, you can be sued using Dadi Dillion Majors name inappropriately and or you can be sued using his name for profit without the owners permission.

Tophole Advertisement and the public

To utilize tophole’s ad listing advertisement, one must be a registered customer, to use tophole’s ad listing features such as, “request a call back, or “make an appointment” etc. A consumer that does not utilize tophole’s ad listing special features, can browse ad listings without being a registered customer. A non-registered customer, can also print coupons.

Non-registered customers, can browse tophole’s slideshow advertisement. Only if there are special features such as, “request a call back or “make an appointment,” etc, then stated customer, must be a registered customer, to utilize stated special feature present at stated slideshow advertisement.

Tophole and advertising

Tophole LLC, markets tophole marketing, scouting and selling services and advertisement can happen via various advertising sources (for example; TV, Radio, Podcast, Billboard, Pamphlets, Flyer, Posters etc). Tophole reserves the right to utilize a member/seller’s self, store, merchandise, for their advertising needs.

Sellers/members and advertising

A seller/member registered via tophole, can market their online store however way them please, as such, while advertising, a member/seller, can only advertise their online store and the content it offers. As per advertisement happening, “tophole.org,” where stated member/seller online store is located at, must be stated via their advertisement.

Tophole advertising, does not allow the following kind of service (s)  or merchandise or thoughts, to be advertised at tophole;

-voodoo or satanic/demonic views or me
-political views/messages, laws or campaign and or political persons (government) 
-flags or merchandise with flags on it
-guns

Any advertisement presented to tophole that does not meet our handling standards, your advertisement will be rejected from appearing at tophole’s advertisement space.
